By plane

Air Saint-Pierre connects the archipelago to several Canadian cities year-round. Their service includes regular flights, more frequent in the high season, from:

  • St-John's NL : 45 mn
  • Halifax NS : 1h30
  • Montréal QC : 3h15
  • Sydney NS : 1h (in summer)

By ferry from Newfoundland

A ferry makes regular round-trip runs between Saint-Pierre and Fortune (on the south coast of Newfoundland). This is a passenger-only ferry: you can safely leave your vehicle in the parking lots available in Fortune.

At the end of 2017, two new ferries will offer new connections and will accept vehicles.
